1. What this is

Plain Utils offers free tools that work on your files inside your browser. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Your files

You keep all rights in your photos. We never receive them. You are responsible for having the right to change the files you use, and for keeping your originals.

3. No warranty

The tool is provided as it is. It removes the hidden data it knows how to find, and checks its own result, but we do not promise that a file contains no identifying information afterwards. A photo can identify you in ways no tool can remove, such as what it shows. Check the result before you share a file.

4. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Deadroom Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or privacy, arising from use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to USD 100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attack, overload or reverse-engineer the site's hosting, or use it to break the law.

6. Open source

The site includes open source software under its own licences, listed in licenses.txt.

7. Changes, law and contact

We may change these terms by posting a new date. They are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. Contact: hello@deadroomventures.com. Operated by Deadroom Ventures LLC, a Nevada limited liability company.
